Oof, a vegan skillet cookie with some cashew ice cream on top. This was a crazy cheat night for my husband and I. So good, but… oof.

Tempeh + black bean burger from my favorite vegan spot with a side of vegan sour cream, salsa, and slaw.

Cashew cheese pizza nights are the best nights.

Salted chocolate caramel smoothie. It’s made with dates, frozen banana, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.

Lentil stew and rice. I’ve been in a kick with this lately and Willow also really likes it. So we’ve been eating it A LOT.

Another day, another cashew cream-filled burrito. This one has rice, pinto beans, sweet potato, green peppers, and lettuce. Hot sauce always.
