I think the next round-up will be another round-up of what I eat to lose weight. I thoroughly enjoyed myself this summer and feel like cutting back a bit. I want to try and stick with the no sugar/no oil plan… we’ll see how it goes.

Boom Chocca Locca smoothie from a local spot. It’s made with banana, strawberry, dates, zucchini, cinnamon, cacao, and almond milk.

Chocolate oats with some ground flaxseed, topped with bananas, blueberries, almond butter, and coconut sugar.

Not a nice pic, but this was so good – pinto beans and potato hash. I should share this recipe soon. It was meant for tacos, but I ate mine plain. IT WAS SO GOOD.
